PRE-FIX are committed to providing the best service possible to their customers.
Where possible we will deliver locally to works or site - normally without charge.
When urgent delivery is needed (Saturday morning, for instance) we may incur carriage charges which will be advised to you at the time and these will be passed on.
It may be quicker for you to collect, or we may elect to use a third party courier.
If more practical, we will (on occasions) put items in the post.
If requested at the time an order is placed we can supply a General Certificate of Conformity.
Requests for Material Certificates or Test Certificates must be made at the time the purchase order is placed.
Where possible we will respond to demand as it arises. Recently we introduced product lines for the plumbing trade.
More recently - we have just introduced an electrician's range.
For the winter-months we will stock;
- Snow Shovels
- Rock-Salt
- De-Icer
- Screen Wash
(It is unlikely we will stock Sun-Screen for the summer-months!!).
From time-to-time our suppliers offer special deals.
As they become available and they are relevant to your particular trade or business, we will keep you informed.
Considering volume purchases? Our suppliers often offer us a discount for buying product in bulk.
We can pass these savings on to you!
We can give you a better price per tube for a case of 12 tubes of silicone - for instance - (that might last you a month) rather than if you were to buy say three tubes to do one job.
